The following grading system are intended to serve as benchmarks for the completion of courses.
A 80 – 100 4.0 Outstanding
B+ 75 – 79 3.5 Very Good
B 70 – 74 3.0 Good
C+ 65 – 69 2.5 Fairly Good
C 60 – 64 2.0 Average
D+ 55 – 59 1.5 Below Average
D 50 – 54 1.0 Marginal
F 0 – 49 0 Fail / Unsatisfactory
CCT- Cumulative Credits Taken
CCP- Cumulative Credits Passed
GPA- Grade Point Average
FGPA- Final Grade Point Average 5. GPT- Grade Point
GPAs are semester specific.

Afua’s FGPA will be calculated as below:
Level 100 3.20× 1/6= 0.53
Level 200 3.60 × 1/6= 0.60
Level 300 2.90 × 2/6= 0.96
Level 400 3.00 × 2/6= 1.00
FGPA = 0.53 + 0.60 + 0.96 + 1.00 = 3.09
