Christian Service University College is a private tertiary institution affiliated to the University of Ghana. The schools started as a theological seminary in 1974 and has undergone several changes including name change to reflect its current academic offerings. It is located at Odeneho Kwadaso about 7 kilometers from the central business district.
Christian Service University College, Kumasi started as a joint venture between local evangelical Christian leaders and a British missionary organization for theological education. After 39 years of existence, the institution has expanded into a four-year liberal arts Christian University College, the first of its kind in Ashanti and the northern sector of Ghana. The University College offers postgraduate and undergraduate programmes including Master of Arts in Christian Ministry with Management; Bachelor of Arts in Theology (with Administration); Bachelor of Business Administration; Bachelor of Science in Computer Science; Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies; Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Bachelor of Arts in Community Development.
