When you walk through our restaurants and eateries today, you see the modern touch that enhances the ordinary foods we eat. Food science and technology is responsible. In this course, you will appreciate the composition of food and, in a way, learn to improve the food processes with the help of technology. It could mean enhancing the taste, making it last longer, making sure it’s safer to eat, or even boosting its nutritional content.
